Master Class Fiji Inaugural Event

Our first successful Master Class Event ran over 4 days from May 29 - June 1 2017, at the Rhum-Ba, Denarau. See details of the event promotion below:

Master Class Fiji is a unique Event where the best Chefs and Hospitality professionals in Fiji work hand in hand to support and promote our Industry. This time our aim is to promote equality and gender balance in our kitchens, through the introduction of culinary scholarships for high potential Fijian Female Chefs.  

  • Come and experience first-hand great skills and experience from the best of the best. Get to know true professionals, learn from them and try yourself!
  • 5 Master Class cooking demonstrations each day - including tastings and recipes.
  • First 12 tickets will receive complimentary access to the ‘HOT ZONE’ where you will work hand on hand with your favourite Chef.
  • Corporate and Industry passes also available.
